Backslashes in RECORD file paths since version 0.14.14

Hi, just a heads-up that since ruff 0.14.14, the RECORD file contains backslashes, which is known to be a problem with importlib (despite being technically allowed by the spec). I thought you might want to know since over at astral-sh/uv#17339 you actively avoid writing backslashes.
