Subject: [PATCH] Switch to the actively maintained UCanAccess continuation

net.sf.ucanaccess is defunct. Development continues as
io.github.spannm:ucanaccess on Maven Central, so move to 5.2.0. Also
drop the separate Jackcess 3.0.1 pin: the new UCanAccess brings a
matching Jackcess itself.
