Encrypted app binaries and smarter CLI logins

Following today's incident with our hosting provider, we have tightened security and refreshed all encryption keys. We strongly recommend updating your CLI to v5.10.0.

A full incident report will be released later today and we thank you for your patience whilst we resolved these issues.

This release comes with a new CLI version: v5.10.0.
Update your CLI now with dcd upgrade or npm install -g @devicecloud.dev/dcd@latest

The CLI now enforces envelop encryption by default, and you can opt out with --no-encrypt. This is an additional layer of encryption on top of existing point-to-point and encryption-at-rest standards. You can now also pick an organisation at login with --org.
