From cf54a0c0887b8defe29c9c48cfcc1f9acaf13f8b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Ronald Tse Date: Thu, 5 Nov 2026 18:08:43 +0800 Subject: [PATCH] Adopt the relaton local cache as the committed bib database Follow the metanorma.org authoring guidance (reference lookups: local cache stores are portable directories meant to be committed to git for reproducible, offline-tolerant CI builds): all thirteen documents compile with :local-cache: (fetch when missing, persist) instead of :local-cache-only:, and sources/*/relaton is committed (30 entries: ECMA-376, W3C MathML, ISO 80000 and friends).
