Bump the base image
ghcr.io/actions/actions-runnerfrom 2.336.0 to 2.338.2 (latest, released 2026-10-26).Why
GitHub Actions now warns on every job run by runners built from this image (e.g.
arc-runners-mekong):ARC runners don't self-update, so the image has to be rebuilt before that date.
After merging
harbor.36node.com/36node/github-runner, version tag +latest) is only built on release.arc-runners-mekong,-adventurerand-eduscale sets use:latest; ephemeral pods pick it up on the next job. Delete the idle min-runner pods so they restart on the new image.Note: Renovate is configured to track this base image but never opened a PR for 2.337 / 2.338 — worth checking that the Renovate app is installed on this repo.
