Upgrade the external node to Matter Labs v33.1.0 for protocol v33 compatibility. Publish Helm chart 0.1.50 and update the chart defaults, Docker Compose services, and both network env files together.

Pin the multi-platform image to sha256:480edbd9257a618e925c25f547693ba4b552534ba15c11c5fdf357eda1b8779e (linux/amd64 and linux/arm64), verified against Docker Hub and the registry manifest. Both downloaded architecture binaries report 33.1.0-non-semver-compat.

Validation: Helm dependency build, lint, packaging, and renders for default, HA, and consensus configurations; assertions that node containers and the consensus init container use the pinned image; Docker Compose image resolution for mainnet and testnet. Existing migration file checksums are unchanged; the image adds eight SQL migrations, run automatically by its entrypoint.

The chart must be published before downstream deployments select 0.1.50.
