Long-press on message text enters word selection with handles and a floating toolbar (Copy, Select all, Share). Single tap on links still opens them without breaking selection; long-press outside the text still selects the whole message (multi-select). Enabled by default, opt-out via Chats settings toggle. Upstream eo/ locale has full_description.txt and title.txt but no short_description.txt, which fails the validate-fastlane-supply-metadata CI step. Use the en-US text as fallback until properly translated. Co-authored-by: Copilot <[email protected]>
