[BUG] using editor: lazygit doesn't launch lazygit. #23
2026/05/09 22:37:34 Invalid git arg value: 'C:\Users\<username>\repos\<repo_name>'. Must be one of the following values: status, branch, log, stash. e.g. 'lazygit status'. See 'lazygit --help'.
Expected Behavior
open the repo in lazygit
Environment
OS: Windows 11 Pro
git-scope version: v1.0.1 not sure why --version doesn't show the 1.3.1 version which is installed.
if i pass the --path to the lazygit command, it opens lazygit on the first repo i press enter, but exiting lazygit and pressing enter on another repo doesn't do anything again.
editor: lazygit --path or editor: 'lazygit --path'
Thanks for the detailed report — the lazygit log line pinned it down. #41 fixes the launch: bare editor: lazygit now opens lazygit in the repo (no positional path), and {path} is supported, e.g. editor: lazygit --path {path}.
The "Enter does nothing after quitting lazygit" part looks like a Windows input-restore issue in the older bubbletea we shipped; main now uses bubbletea 1.3.10. Could you try the fix branch on Windows and confirm whether you can open lazygit on 3 repos in a row?

Update: #41 is merged, so the branch in my previous comment is gone. Please test from main instead:
