feat(sdk-coin-sol): V1TransferBuilder for server-side v1 transfers - #9942

Structured-params surface (Option B): V1PaymentBuilder builds a v1 (SIMD-0296/0385) native SOL payment envelope from sender + recipients/amounts — the caller supplies fields, never instructions. Named after the payment intent it serves (WP's 'transfer' refers to tokens). Inherits AdvanceNonceAccount injection, message compile, and message-signer-order signature assembly from V1TransactionBuilder. Exposed via TransactionBuilderFactory.getV1PaymentBuilder(). 5 new unit tests (structured send surface, build+sign round-trip, durable-nonce 2-sig assembly, config-required, validation); existing v1 suite 13 passing.
