Summary

Add extract-transparent-only CLI subcommand that finalizes transparent inputs and extracts the broadcast-ready v6 transaction from a PSBT with no shielded output (no PCZT), via extract_transparent_only_v6_tx(). This is the transparent-only counterpart of combine-ironwood-proof.

Linear: CSHLD-793

Changes

  • cli/src/psbt/extract_transparent_only.rs — new handler that deserializes a v6 PSBT, calls extract_transparent_only_v6_tx(), and prints the raw transaction hex
  • cli/src/psbt/mod.rs — register ExtractTransparentOnly variant in PsbtCommand enum and wire it into handle_command()

Test Plan

  • cargo clippy --all-targets -- -D warnings clean (verified by lint-staged)
  • Manual testing with a signed transparent-only v6 PSBT via the CLI
