Resolves #18 by adding more detailed content on git workflow for the BAS reproducibility training.

Description
As this course will be delivered standalone, rather than at the end of the Summer School, we need to expand on the details on version control and git in particular.
To achieve this I have added the ICCS intro to git summer school course as a submodule and used the slides from there to avoid having to remake them myself. This also involved moving changing the image directory name from
imgtoimagesto match the git course (hence the large number of changed files, which are mostly just from agit mv). I also updated thecustom.scssfile to match the git course, and added the attribution extension for compatibility.
