No reportable defect was identified in the linter update. Compatibility remains unverified because the updated linter was not executed and CI status retrieval returned HTTP 403.

Update Go and/or golangci-lint to their latest stable releases.
CI and release builds read these pins from go.mod and .golangci-lint-version.
Why
Pick up toolchain security fixes and keep the linter current.

E2E testing
The branch push triggers the full CI suite. Review its results before merging,
including linter compatibility with the new Go version.
Manual scenario: build with
make build, verify the toolchain withgo version -m ./ddtest, then runddtest planin a configured test projectand confirm successful plan generation and Datadog requests.
