voicecap drives a real screen reader through a site's pages the way a vision-imparied visitor would: NVDA on a Windows PC, and VoiceOver on a Mac. It reads from top to bottom, jumps from heading to heading, and tabs through links and buttons, and it saves everything the screen reader says as plain-text transcripts.

The Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority works to identify critical issues facing the criminal justice system and proposes legislation, programs, and policies that address those issues. ICJIA also strives to ensure the criminal justice system is as efficient and effective as possible.
