Fix library rule names and add native library rules

Changes

• Correct AppFunctions component classification and the Chaquopy/Toyger library filenames.
• Make the case-distinct MuPDF v4 compatibility entries byte-identical for case-insensitive macOS worktrees.
• Add GCloud, APMInsight, libjpeg-turbo wrapper, and Dimensity MFRC native library rules.

Winio is intentionally excluded because it requires native-symbol evidence, which the current rules schema cannot represent safely.
