Before: the noise macro \noise printed ε in the noise exercises and theorems.

After: the latex-macros pin moves to the merge commit of macros#175, where \noise is an alias of the deviation from the population mean and prints ν (Ezra, 2026-10-16). No source file changes; the pages using \noise (the noise second-moment theorem and exercise, and others) print ν.

How: submodule bump only. variance-covariance.qmd renders to HTML. Heads-up: ν also prints for degrees of freedom in the macros.
