Updates the
llmextension from 1.0.0 to 1.1.0 for NetLogo 7.0.x.extensions/llm-1.1.0.zip, built from the v1.1.0 tag (release: https://github.com/NetLogo/Netlogo-LLM-Extension/releases/tag/v1.1.0). The extension API version is 7.0.versioninlibraries.confand updates the long description: Groq, TypeSafe (Jev) typed decisions, batched calls, structured outputs, and token/cost tracking.The extension now builds against NetLogo 7.0.4.
