The capabilities page said Released meant openadapt-flow 2.2.0 and left out what shipped since.

  • Released now means openadapt 1.19.0 and openadapt-flow 2.5.0 on PyPI, and Desktop 0.25.0 for Desktop rows.
  • Adds 17 rows that shipped by 2.5.0, copied from CAPABILITIES.md with links made absolute: the Python verifier API, the uncertain-write ledger, rechecks for late writes, whole-database frame diffs, lost-update detection, guarded save, FHIR ensure-record checks, the Epic FHIR sandbox check, Touch ID approver keys, stop review cards, worklist-loop learning, API steps from captured traffic, parallel workers, self-repair, openadapt verify, verified tools for agent frameworks, and Rekor anchoring.
  • Points to CAPABILITIES.md for what has merged since 2.5.0.

Each row's status was checked against the release tags in OpenAdaptAI/OpenAdapt#1776, and tests/test_documented_flow_options.py checks every command a row names against the shipped CLI.

Coordinator review: docs-only. Capabilities page now names the current releases (openadapt 1.19.0, flow 2.5.0, Desktop 0.25.0) and lists released capabilities with evidence links; wording is positive and measured. Approve; auto-merge.
