Feature or improvement description

Update the MHK_RM1_Floating_MR test and the corresponding linearization test MHK_RM1_Floating_MR_Linear

  • These are now based on the full hydroelastic model with a strip-theory-only HydroDyn model and full SubDyn model.
  • The HydroDyn and SubDyn meshes are properly aligned.
  • The ElastoDyn blade properties have been corrected.
  • The model now uses the improved wave-current modeling of SeaState with Doppler effect (WvCrntMod=1)
  • MoorDyn uses consistent inflow through the SEASTATE keyword for Waterkin
  • This is a numerically heavy and challenging model that requires the glue-code underrelaxation added to OpenFAST v5.1 for stability

Related issue, if one exists
The new models are enabled by PR #3298 and PR #3300
