Adds SDLPoP Wii 1.2, a Nintendo Wii port of SDLPoP.

This is a renewed submission following #174, now targeting the stable 1.2 release.

The Wii port is based on the open-source SDLPoP project by Dávid Nagy and contributors. The release package is hosted on GitHub Releases and follows the standard Homebrew Channel layout at apps/sdlpop/.

The package follows the upstream SDLPoP distribution model, including extracted game resources and Wii-specific modifications. It does not download external commercial game files or provide the complete original DOS game DAT archives.

Version 1.2 includes improvements to resource loading and caching, controller support, video presentation, compatibility and Wii-specific behavior. The final release was built successfully and tested on real Nintendo Wii hardware.

Clarification regarding AI assistance

I would also like to clarify the concern raised in #174.

SDLPoP Wii was not developed autonomously by AI. I am responsible for the Wii port, its technical decisions, implementation, integration and testing.

I used AI tools as development assistants for research, code analysis and troubleshooting. However, I directed the development process, reviewed the changes, made the architectural decisions and validated the implementation on real Wii hardware.

I take full responsibility for the submitted code and can explain its technical implementation or address any specific concerns during review.

I hope the updated submission can be evaluated on its technical merits.

This still contains code a LLM fully wrote, not just assisted with.

I noticed that the argument has shifted from the entire project being AI-made in #174 to some portions of the code being LLM-generated. Those are two very different claims.

In any case, I won't insist further. Thank you for finally clarifying your position.
