Add oxfmt 0.72.0 with an 80-column width, to match the current code. The config ignores Markdown, since README and skills are prose and prompts. - `pnpm format` formats; `pnpm format:check` checks, and runs in CI - AGENTS.md asks to run `pnpm format` before committing Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>
