Admins get a REVIEWED BY column (reviewer name and review time) in the registrations table and two matching CSV columns. The list API looks up reviewer names only for admins and blanks reviewed_by for the Registration-Team, so that role never sees who reviewed what. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>
