…5887) The cloud-database-tests workflow still invoked tools/run-tests.ps1, which 9ceb32b deleted when ci.yml moved to Particular/run-tests-action. The workflow was never exercised before the 6.21.0 tag, so every cloud-tests job in the release run failed with 'The term ./tools/run-tests.ps1 is not recognized'. Use the same action ci.yml uses, passing both suites via its projects input. (cherry picked from commit d4e00bf)

Backport of #5887 to
release-6.21.The
cloud-testsjobs in the release workflow calltools/run-tests.ps1. That script no longer exists. All four cloud database test jobs fail at the "Run tests" step. This happened on the 6.21.0 and 6.21.1 release runs (for example run 37599067745).Particular/[email protected]withprojectsandmax-parallel, same asmasterandci.yml.The release artifacts are not affected. The release jobs do not depend on
cloud-tests.
