Summary

  • Notes index (/notes): each note is a card (date, release, title, first-paragraph excerpt, "Read note") instead of every full note on one long page. Notes are grouped by month with a sticky month list on the left and a thin divider per month.
  • Note page (/notes/[slug]): aligned with the header, wider column (max-w-4xl), uniform body text, date · release · board snapshot on one line, "All notes" back link, data links as a typed list (Release, Folder, Document, Data, Script, Pull request, PolicyBench), and older/newer note links.
  • Links: checked all 122 links across the 13 notes (internal pages, repo paths on main, release tags, external URLs); all resolve. Two engine-upgrade links used blob/ on a folder and now use tree/, so GitHub serves them without a redirect.

Behaviour change

Full note text now lives only on each note's page; /notes#<slug> anchors land on the index. No in-repo links use those anchors.

Tests

  • notes.test.ts: the index test now checks every note's card link and release; the body-text checks render each full note.
  • bun test tests 181 pass; bun run lint clean; next build succeeds.

…e layout

- Index lists each note as a card (date, release, title, first-paragraph
excerpt) grouped by month, with a sticky month list and thin dividers.
- Note pages align with the header, use a wider column and uniform body
text, put date, release and board snapshot on one line, show the data
links as a typed list, and link the older and newer notes.
- Two engine-upgrade links pointed blob/ at a folder; use tree/ so GitHub
  serves them without a redirect.
