Overview
Test helper change: runScheduledTasks() in ProcessTestingTrait no longer drives Laravel’s Schedule to execute due bpmn:timer events. It now calls TaskSchedulerManager::scheduleTasks() and evaluateConditionals() directly—the same steps as the bpmn:timer artisan command—so feature tests stay in-process.

This avoids redundant timer work and documents/fixes long hangs under RefreshDatabase, where re-running the scheduled command while the test transaction is open could hit InnoDB lock wait timeouts (~50s).

README: A stray . was added on the first line (looks incidental given the PR title).
