Before this PR

The test-utilities jobs fail the Black check on main since #877. Three of its files aren't formatted with black 24.8.0 (the version CI pins): random_workload_artifacts.py, random_workloads.py and test_random_workload_artifacts.py. Every asap-tools PR is red because of this (e.g. #893).

After this PR

Those three files are reformatted with black 24.8.0 (line wrapping only, no code changes). black --check asap-tools passes.

Conflicts only where #894 reformatted older versions of the random
workload renderer and its tests; kept this branch's versions.
