Docker/OCI support is paused for later pickup. Stop loading the Docker Hub catalogue and remove its catalogue entry while retaining the implementation and existing rootfs compatibility.
Simplify the public README, add an everyday user guide, move build and release details into developer documentation, and remove the inactive container-image documentation.
