Summary

Bump the SimpleITK submodule to the v2.5.7 tag (commit 6f729513c34439f6bdc3f734d55436a2f0149a0e).
Update setup.py package version to 2.5.7 to match, following the same pattern as prior version bumps (e.g. 2.5.5 -> 2.5.6).

Test plan

CI builds wheels successfully against the updated SimpleITK submodule commit.
