Note

Low Risk
Routine dependency pin and version bump; reachability results may shift per the external engine changelog, but no application logic changed.

Overview
Releases Socket Python CLI 2.10.7 and updates the default reachability engine from @coana-tech/cli 15.11.4 to 15.11.5.

DEFAULT_COANA_CLI_VERSION in reachability.py drives the pinned npx/npm install spec when --reach-version is omitted; package version strings in pyproject.toml, socketsecurity/__init__.py, and uv.lock move to 2.10.7. CHANGELOG and docs/cli-reference.md (--reach-version default) match the new pin. No CLI behavior changes beyond which Coana build runs on --reach scans.
