Reviewed the image-pipeline pin update and shared action; no actionable code findings. Existing CI requirements still apply.
Replace characters unsupported by Docker tags before constructing the shared image tag. This allows PR branches containing slashes to reach image build and scan steps while preserving valid branch-name characters.

Updates the pinned image-pipeline revision to support Rancher's CSAF
reports alongside internal StackVista OpenVEX. Grype uses the conversion
adapter; Trivy consumes both hubs directly.
The shared implementation was qualified with Rancher-only and mixed-feed
scans. Consumer CI validation is required before merging.
