Independent review: no blockers. Source at The base image refresh is verified on amd64/arm64: signatures, package contents, CI and restricted-runtime copy checks all pass. Please merge when ready. The chart adoption then switches to the main-branch image. |

Refresh the supported BCI minimal base from
15.7-26.60to15.7-26.76, with the matching OCI base label. This preserves/stackpacks, shell/copy tools and UID 1001. Currentmainis incorporated without rewriting the earlier signed checkpoint.Source CI passes at signed head

Its signature verifies against this PR workflow; both platforms' package bytes match CI. Restricted AMD64 chart-copy execution, existing Stackpacks Go tests, chart renders,actionlintandgit diff --checkpass.Final digest scans pass: AMD64, ARM64. Chart adoption PR #364 selects this candidate; chart CI is pending after the latest base refresh.
