Replaces the
label_replacewrappers from #39 with a CELurnTemplatethat maps a missingservice_namespacelabel to the empty namespace. The monitor queries are back to their original form.Do not merge until a SUSE Observability release includes StackVista/stackstate#956. Older releases don't evaluate CEL in
