Remove October 2026 community components from documentation #1034

Per ADR-004 the deprecation window is split into two parts: documentation is removed 6 months after deprecation, the code itself 3 months after that.

Community Tabs and Toggle were deprecated in 17.0.0 (2026-04-29), when their TEDI-ready replacements were released. Six months on, the documentation is removed in the October 2026 release.

Scope

Remove the Storybook stories and any documentation references:

The components stay exported and working. Only stories and documentation references go. The component and style files and the entry point stay untouched, and the @deprecated JSDoc tags and warnDeprecated calls stay in place.

Announcement

The October release notes and the community announcement must carry the last call:

Community Tabs and Toggle have been removed from the documentation. They are still exported and working. They will be removed from the codebase in the January 2027 release, unless there is a good reason to postpone. Replacements: Tabs and Toggle from @tedi-design-system/react/tedi.

Also update the Aeguvad komponendid page: mark the rows as documentation removed and add the code removal month.

Acceptance criteria

• Both story files deleted, no Community/Tabs or Community/Form/Toggle entries left in Storybook
• Components still exported, existing consumer code unaffected
• Release notes entry with the January 2027 last call
• Community announcement sent
• Aeguvad komponendid page updated
