FYI, I was planning on getting a rust port of the previous plugin into the official org repo. Let me know if there's any way to help reconcile the two, but expect that there will be an official MQTT plugin shortly. Primary concerns are keeping the same conventions as the prior MQTT plugin wherever possible (messaging, keys, flow, etc...). |

Oh, good to know. I'll look at that and see if there's any additional features that I'd added that aren't in your staged version and work on porting those over to you. Is there a roadmap or somewhere that things are being kept track of so that I don't accidentally do something conflicting w/ work from one of y'all? |

Closing this: taclane/trunk-plugin-mqtt is the MQTT plugin the project is working with, and it covers more than this one does. Sorry for the noise. |
@connorjfarrell No worries. As I noted above, this is just a continuation of the previous MQTT plugin we supported for Trunk Recorder (and contributions are absolutely welcome). TR Pro is just constantly changing along a fast development cycle, and I've been waiting for things to slow down to get this published. Just give me a moment to pull this up to the new 0.3 plugin SDK changes, then feel free to submit some PRs once it's in the official repo. |
Adds MQTT statistics (
mqtt) v0.1.0, a community plugin that publishes each system's state and every recorded call to an MQTT broker, for Home Assistant (with auto-discovery) and Telegraf/Grafana.v0.1.0SHA256SUMS, build provenance../check plugins/mqtt.jsonpasses locally;index.jsonrebuilt byadd-release.status,call.startandcall.concluded, keeps no call files, and reports every concluded call as skipped, so it never holds a call's files. It only connects to the broker the user configures.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
