feat(react): switch to localized Frimousse emoji pickers - #3121
Replaces emoji-mart in the inline and comment reaction pickers with Frimousse, using the core locale data from #3120. Keeps custom emoji-data URL support, updates the localization example and docs, and carries picker regression coverage plus updated UI screenshots.
Verified: React build, 2 targeted picker tests, docs link validation, and type-aware lint (two generator warnings). The docs route could not be rendered locally: the dev server returns 500 while compiling an unrelated generated mobile-toolbar example that imports the removed ExperimentalMobileFormattingToolbarController export. Browser E2E was not run; this repository requires Docker for browser snapshots.
Replaced the emoji picker with a localized experience featuring search, keyboard navigation, skin-tone selection, and filtering for platform-supported emojis.
Added Persian and Turkish language support.
Added options to customize the emoji picker’s trigger, opening behavior, and placement.
Language-switching examples preserve document content when recreating the editor; undo history and selection reset.

The legacy grid suggestion-menu API has been removed:
GridSuggestionMenuController, GridSuggestionMenuWrapper, and useGridSuggestionMenuKeyboardNavigation.
GridSuggestionMenuProps, DefaultReactGridSuggestionItem, and DefaultGridSuggestionItem.
getDefaultReactEmojiPickerItems, getDefaultEmojiPickerItems, and searchEmojis.
The GridSuggestionMenu skin contract (Root, Item, EmptyItem, and Loader). Remove this entry from custom component maps.
Use EmojiPickerController for inline emoji selection. It does not accept the old columns, getItems, onItemClick, or gridSuggestionMenuComponent props. The old column-count and custom-grid-component examples have been removed.
For mentions or other custom item collections, use SuggestionMenuController instead.
