CodeSupply: track advisory curators and develop heuristics to merge curations #2442
Description
Create model to track curators and implement logic to merge multiple curations submitted by the same curator for a single advisory.
Example:
Curator John adds a curation that addresses CONFLICTING_FIXED_BY_PACKAGES for CVE-abc-xyz.
Later, John submits a new curation addressing CONFLICTING_SEVERITY_SCORES for the same CVE-abc-xyz.
Expected Behavior:
Both curations for CVE-abc-xyz submitted by John should be merged into a single coherent advisory.

Hello, I'd like to work on this. I plan to start with the curator model and migration, then the merge logic. Is that the right approach ?

Hello , I opened a draft PR with the first part: the Curator model and a nullable curator link on AdvisoryV2 #2467 . I'm now working on
the merge logic. I added two questions in the PR description. Feedback is welcome!
