Source and test comments still cited issue numbers from the repository agentsync was split out of, which now point to unrelated issues. Replace those references with the constraints and failure cases themselves so readers can understand the comments in place.
Closes #27.
Validation:
just checkpasses,git diff --checkpasses, and a Go scanner comparison confirms identical non-comment tokens across all 19 changed files.
