docs: drop the --save-exact step for the release candidate - #3778

The 25 canary releases that outranked 21.0.0-rc.1 are deprecated on npm, so `ng update` and `ng add` with `@angular/fire@next` now install the release candidate without it. Fixes angular#3777

On 2026-09-29, after the canary releases were deprecated:
ng update @angular/core@21 @angular/cli@21 @angular/fire@nextwrote^21.0.0-rc.1and installed21.0.0-rc.1.ng add @angular/fire@nextinstalled21.0.0-rc.1and wrote it exactly.--save-exactor canary releases.
