Add a test for ActualText in GlyphLayoutBidiTest

The text is written correctly into ActualText in the PDF file.
The order of the text extracted from PDFTextStripper is wrong.
I assume the text would be correct if PDFTextStripper took the unchanged text from ActualText and does not reorder the text.
2026-10-11: Added a fix for PDFTextStripper, the result is now correct
