release(aisix): 1.6.0 - #404

The gateway records the values of the listed request headers on every usage event (api7/aisix#1269). Listed under config: with the gateway's default (an empty list) so it reaches the config file through the ConfigMap. Merge with the chart bump of the release that ships the key: an older gateway refuses a config file carrying it. Fixes api7/AISIX-Cloud#1719
…sts_total at stream end
…-rc.1 Templates and values from helm/aisix-cp at v1.6.0-rc.1, keeping the public adaptations (docker.io repositories, empty tags resolving to appVersion, the public 1.5.0 gateway image in the 1.5.0-compat env list). ui-deployment.yaml is removed as upstream removed it; ui-service.yaml stays as the 1.5.0-compat Service selecting cp-api. README updated for the removed dashboard Deployment and Better Auth secret, the first-administrator bootstrap, api.deploymentMode and api.trustedOrigins. CI boots the gateway with observability.usage_event.request_headers set.
…s and keep SaaS-only values out of the parameters table NOTES.txt names api.dpImage or docker.io/api7/aisix:<appVersion>, as 1.5.0 did, instead of a placeholder. api.billing, api.organization and api.domainVerification carry # @ignored, mirroring AISIX-Cloud#1813.
Bump aisix and aisix-cp to 1.6.0 and sync charts/aisix-cp from AISIX-Cloud v1.6.0 (adds externalDatabase.sslRootCert for a private database CA), keeping the public adaptations.

Review comments at @charts/aisix-cp/templates/api-deployment.yaml:
- Around line 18-19: Add a checksum/secret annotation to the pod template in the
api-deployment.yaml template, hashing the rendered secret.yaml template with the
current chart context. Keep the existing checksum/config annotation unchanged so
Secret value changes trigger pod rollouts.

Release sync verified: residual diff vs the CP chart is only the public adaptations.
