chore(conex-core): rename the content-exchange cx abbreviation to conex - #702

Rename "cx" to "conex" across the content-exchange subsystem: conex-core service, the conex_core module and role, the conex-proxy relay, the ConexCore* Android sources, the CONEX_* env vars and the .conex-staging dir. Behavior unchanged; dash-node bumped to 1.4.6.

Standardize the naming of the content-exchange subsystem: the "cx" abbreviation
becomes "conex". The "core" name and all behavior are unchanged. Pure rename.
