Show the error of a deployment on its own lines in bref deployments:logs

bref deployments:logs printed the deployment's error in parentheses at the end of its summary line. A deployment's error can now span several lines (the whole osls error, then a hint for known errors), so that line became hard to read:

Deployment #79: failed (Cannot resolve serverless.yml: Variables resolution errored with:
  - Cannot resolve variable at "provider.environment.API_KEY": Value not found at "env" source)

The summary now stays on one line, and the error follows on its own lines, as bref deploy shows it:

Deployment #79: failed

Cannot resolve serverless.yml: Variables resolution errored with:
  - Cannot resolve variable at "provider.environment.API_KEY": Value not found at "env" source

The error is still printed even though it often repeats the end of the logs: its hint for known errors isn't in the logs, and neither is the error of a bref.php deployment. As before, it goes to stderr, and --json is unchanged.
