I'm a software engineering student with a passion for systems administration and reverse engineering.
As an enthusiast in autonomous vehicles and public transportation systems, I'm drawn to applied AI that earns trust by working for people, not around them. I've integrated Gemini into Waymo, 3 months before release to get an early look into the future of human-physical AI interactions by talking directly to a self-driving car. I've also built TxDMV record matching in Robotaxi Tracker to give the public accurate, community-backed insight into autonomous vehicle fleet growth.
I've also visited all 50 Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) stations in 6 hours to push public transportation to its limits, and advocated for unlimited transit passes at SJSU, an effort covered by NBC Bay Area and currently serving over 10,000 students for their daily commutes and everyday life.
Beyond transportation, the same draw towards trustworthy applied AI appears in my work at Y Combinator-backed Alfi by Text.ai, where I interned developing a recommendation engine that keeps friendships active through proactive, AI-powered local event discovery, so friends spend less time planning and more time hanging out.
