Add 16 operator reference pages and a Relational and Boolean category

Part of #9: Add reference pages for 16 operators, including a relational/boolean category

Problem

and, eq, false, ge, gt, le, lt, ne, not, or, true, xor, copypage, nulldevice, showpage and xyshow have no page under docs/commands/references/, and the Guide has no relational/boolean category, so claricle/postscript has to supply their categories and levels in data/operator_overrides.yml (#9).

Fix

• Add one page per operator in docs/commands/references/.adoc, following bitshift.adoc: front matter (layout default, title, parent: Command Reference, nav_order = position in its category), description, syntax, stack effect, examples, related commands, error conditions, and a 'PostScript Level' section: Level 1 for all except xyshow (Level 2, PLRM 3rd ed. Appendix A).
• Relational and boolean pages: cover how eq/ne compare different types (number with number, string with string, names), how ge/gt/le/lt work on numbers and strings, that and/or/xor/not are logical on booleans and bitwise on integers, and that true/false push boolean values.
• Add docs/commands/relational-boolean/index.adoc (parent: Commands, nav_order agreed with the maintainer) with a table linking all 12 relational/boolean operators, in the same style as font-text/index.adoc.
• Replace the placeholder text in docs/commands/device-output/index.adoc with a command table linking showpage, copypage and nulldevice.
• Add an xyshow row (Level 2) to the Text Rendering table in docs/commands/font-text/index.adoc, and link xshow/yshow from its Related Commands only if those pages exist.
• Add a 'Relational and Boolean' section to docs/commands/index.adoc that links to the new category page, in the same form as the other sections.

Done when

• All 16 files exist in docs/commands/references/, and each one names its LanguageLevel (xyshow: Level 2, the rest: Level 1)
• The new relational-boolean category page links all 12 operators and shows under Commands in the sidebar; the device-output page links showpage, copypage and nulldevice; the font-text page links xyshow
• bundle exec jekyll build in docs/ succeeds, and the built site has a page for each of the 16 operators
• The lychee link check (links.yml) finds no broken links in the new or edited pages
