Both are used directly by the demo (bin/console and public/index.php load vendor/autoload_runtime.php, tests/bootstrap.php uses Dotenv) but were only installed transitively through cleverage/process-bundle and cleverage/ui-process-bundle (see cleverage/process-bundle#268). Fixes #81: require
symfony/dotenvandsymfony/runtime(^6.4 || ^7.4 || ^8, like the other Symfony packages), used directly by the demo but only installed transitively throughcleverage/process-bundleandcleverage/ui-process-bundle:symfony/runtime:bin/consoleandpublic/index.phploadvendor/autoload_runtime.php, generated by its Composer plugin (already allowed inconfig.allow-plugins);symfony/dotenv:tests/bootstrap.php, and the runtime to load.env.To merge before cleverage/process-bundle#281 (fixes cleverage/process-bundle#268), which removes them from process-bundle, so that the demo keeps working once a release of process-bundle (and later of ui-process-bundle, if it gets the same cleanup) no longer installs them.
