gateway: package README says route hostname policy admits routes without hostnames, the policy rejects them #4938

What is wrong?

packages/extra/gateway/README.md (line 77 at v1.7.0-rc.1) says that "the platform's route-hostname policy admits routes that declare no hostnames at all". Since 1.7 it doesn't: packages/system/cozystack-basics/templates/route-hostname-policy.yaml requires non-empty spec.hostnames for HTTPRoute, TLSRoute and GRPCRoute in tenant-* namespaces (#3475).

The website generates its Gateway reference page from this README (cozystack/website#756), so docs for 1.7 will publish the wrong statement. I checked only this line. The rest of the README is about 67 KB of prose and I didn't compare it with the code.

How it should work?

README matches the policy. The whole README should be checked against the code once, because the website now publishes it as is. Fix can go with the nearest patch release, the website page for 1.7 is then regenerated from the patch.
