Integration statistics left oracle execution counters at zero and could match the wrong test name. Results also could not distinguish missing coverage mappings from zero coverage.
Count oracle groups from complete test names, add
coverage_available, and retain candidate statistics when every integration candidate fails compilation. Existing run-count conventions are unchanged.Validation: workspace tests and the offline minimal pipeline pass, including grouped candidates, timeouts, and all-compilation-failure results. No external model calls.
