Mixed Cargo targets could overwrite same-name analysis records and execute generated unit tests in the wrong target. Analyze targets separately, prefer the library for shared source definitions, and retain each target's own functions and dependency context.
Carry ownership through selection, cached candidates, compilation repair, execution, and coverage. Handle custom Cargo entries, reject ambiguous selections and old mixed caches, and exclude ordinary compiler warnings from repair errors. Update the command references and add a small offline mixed-target regression to CI.
Validation: workspace tests, mixed-target and minimal pipelines, coverage compatibility and baseline checks, task scheduling, and bytes analysis passed locally on macOS. No external model calls.
