Align the guides with target-specific analysis, compilation, repair, and output paths, and make the bytes walkthrough use bounded function selection. Reorganize the homepage around a reproducible minimal example, replace the transparent overview image with Mermaid, and add concise contribution templates.
Update the research poster's materials link and clarify the historical acceptance-rate denominator in the PDFs and their guide. Experimental figures are unchanged.
Validation: documentation links/anchors and shell syntax; GitHub rendering; PDF rendering and QR decoding, with unchanged slides compared; fresh-checkout build and minimal pipeline passed without model configuration. Existing CI remains unchanged.
