Pin the Dart dependency, Nix input, native workflow, and example lock to cypherstack/dnix merge 2fd2ed73b9037fe11436f2cde832d7e28d672fa9. Document native Windows source/dev builds through WSL2 and distribution selection. Native recipes, toolchain pins, and Rust sources are unchanged. All nine evaluated package derivations are identical before and after the update, so retain the existing dnix.lock hashes and release.
