Move Dapr Pub/Sub Example with Producer and Consumer

Description

• Created Kubernetes manifests for consumer and producer applications including services and deployments.
• Implemented PostgreSQL state store and RabbitMQ pub/sub components for Dapr.
• Developed producer application with REST API for order management and messaging.
• Added custom Jackson serializer configuration for Dapr.
• Implemented integration tests using Testcontainers for RabbitMQ and PostgreSQL.
• Introduced outbox pattern for reliable message delivery.
• Configured Maven project structure and dependencies for both applications.
